Jaydan Norris 

Associate

Jaydan Norris is a proud Associate of Sutherland & Associates. Jaydan serves full-time as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Lexington Chapter and as a Legislative Aide for the Lexington-Fayette 1st Council District. In addition, she dedicates her time and expertise as a member of the Kentucky Judicial Commission on Mental Health, Board Member for the Kentucky Psychiatric Medical Association Foundation, and Leadership Lexington graduate and steering committee member.

Passionate about advocacy and public service, Jaydan uses her skills to support individuals in need and advance philanthropic efforts that increase sustainable funding and expand access to mental healthcare.

She holds a Master of Public Administration from Eastern Kentucky University, along with Bachelor’s Degrees in Political Science and Globalization & International Affairs, and a certification in Nonprofit Management.
